DALLAS, March, 4 2008 - On March, 1 2008, ViziTrade Inc. has entered into an agreement with Parabolic, LLC to provide stock awareness, and investor relations for soon to be public company ViziTrade Inc. In a relatively short time, Parabolic, LLC has already established itself as a leader in the small and mid-size company stock awareness marketplace. Dr. Schaefer explained to us that they employ an innovative, high-impact, multi-prong approach in their stock awareness campaigns. He said that this is what separates them from the rest of the companies out there.
We took a look at some of Parabolic's successes in the last 18 months and were quite impressed.
Dr. Schaefer gave us a rundown and showed us the stocks and websites. For purposes of this press
release, company names and trading symbols have been omitted. Company A was featured on one of
Parabolic's proprietary stock profile web sites in mid May, 2007 when it was trading at 10 cents.
It reached 21 cents (intra-day) on June 11 and from May 18 to June 29, 2007, it traded over 5
million shares in just 30 trading days. This was 5 times what Parabolic originally received in
payment and nearly twice the volume the previous 30 trading days (2.6 million shares).
The stock awareness campaign for Company B began at the end of March, 2007 when the stock was
trading at $1.10. It traded 30 times (over 5 million shares in 75 trading days) what Parabolic
received in payment (50,000 shares) in the first 3.5 months and hit a high of $3.30! And Company
B had only traded 500,000 shares in the previous 75 trading days!
Company C was another winner
from Parabolic. This Company was featured on one of Parabolic's proprietary sites beginning mid May,
